Do you have enough time for exercise?

Quite often in the fitness industry we hear people say we don't have time to exercise. It's not any particular demographic that says this catchphrase; it's nearly every category. People from all walks of life are saying there is not enough time to exercise. 

The benefits of exercise are:

  • It controls your weight
  • Combats health conditions and diseases
  • It improves your mood and has many positive effects on your emotions
  • Boosts your energy
  • Promotes better sleep
  • Can improve intimacy
  • and many more
IF we look at exercise as part of a whole, the whole of our life, it's easier to see the bigger picture of its importance. 
There are many aspects of our lives that we need to focus on to live a vibrant and fulfilling life. Some of them are:

It depends on what your everyday actions are, thought this typically are the areas a  lot of people need to have a balanced life. 

IMAGINE: If this was your wheel of life, how would your life roll if your health was a smaller piece of the pie???

It wouldn't roll very well would it???
