You can come in and have a casual swim or even book a lane! All lanes are shared lanes unless you have hired a lane.
At times there may be limited or no lane availablity for Casual Swimmers due to swimming lessons, please see reception for Pool Availability Timetable. Thank you for Understanding the importance of teaching children to swim.

Lanes are available for hire whether it be for social function or training. If you are interested in booking a lane Contact Us or call reception on 68841777.
Lanes MUST be hired if you wish to coach an individual or group.
Interested in having an enjoyable family orientated time that involves a bit of swimming and loads of fun?
The Dubbo Ducks host a social competition every Sunday for their members. All swims are completed on a handicap basis so it doesn't matter how well you swim or how fast, as long as you have fun! Members can be all ages and abilities.

Cub is for them!
The RSL Youth Club is a swim squad for all ages, running training all year round. From swimmers wanting to swim for fitness or those competing, the RSL Youth Club can help.
Training is run during the summer each afternoon Monday to Friday with some early morning sessions, and training is even run during winter (times and days will vary).

Fitness Water Workouts
Blitz your team's strength and endurance with an energetic and full body workout combining cardio and water resistance exercises!
Mix up your teams training and use WATER! Sporting groups and teams are invited to book in for 45 minutes of Fun and Fitness aimed to build team bonding and individual strength and fitness while giving them a unique training session!

"Challenge Water Workouts" is a 45 minute aquatic based workout specifically designed for people with a disability. Involving swimming, aquatic exercise, fitness and FUN with the resistance and support of the water, this is the perfect program for all round Health!
