Cycle: Are you ready for the ultimate ride? Cycle incorporates aspects of outdoor cycling (sprints and climbs) and motivational coaching techniques to give you a safe, aerobic adrenaline rush. Get in the zone and be prepared for a great workout.

Power:
A premier class with muscle! Your alternative to a workout in the gym with contemporary music and interesing exercise combinations. A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells and a step platform to give you the fastest way to define and condition every muscle.

T.T.T: ( Trim, Taut & Terrific) Invigorate yourself, increase your cardio fitness and build strength. T.T.T is a great overall fitness session desinged to give a total body workout. 

Recharge: A safe, fun, gentle exercise routine for the "young at heart". A low impact class integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resisitance training for strength and stabiltiy and stretching and mobility work.

Core & Strength: Another of our interval training formats specific to strength and core exercises designed to increase overall body strength while simultaneously maximizing your aerobic threshold

Crosstraining: Like to try a little bit of everything? This class combines different group exercise formats to create a cross trainign effect. It's designed to tone muscles, develop cardiovascular fitness and burn lots of calories

Aqua Aerobics: A class that uses water as resitance for a non-wieght bearing workout! It's suitable for all fitness levels and works every part of the body with minimal impact on the joints. (Water dumbells and noodles may be used for variety, to create intensity and add some fun to your workout).

Pilates: Low impact exercise that tones, elongates and scuplts muscles, plus improves core strength, flexibility, co-ordination and posture.

Cardio Boxing: Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee? .. Strike, punch and kick you way to superior fitness levels in this high intensity, full body workout. Dynamic drills and great combinations to significantly improve strength, speed, co-ordination, agiltiy and endurance.
* All participants are required to supply their own bxoing gloves.

Punchfit: Conditions your entire body. Increases speed, agility, coordination, endurance and strength by using a combination of punching and kicking drills.
*All participants are required to supply their own boxing gloves.

Zumba: F for FUN! Zumba is the highly popular, Latin inspired dance fitness workout set to sexy high energy music. Suitable for all ages.

Kids Fitness: 45 minutes of FUN activities that will increase cardio fitness, though games and challenges in a non competitive environment. Ages 7-12 yrs.

Boot Camp: Want to get pushed hard? The ultimate full body, muscle toning and heart pumping cardio calss. Combining running, interval training and exercises using weights and/or body weight to get the most supreme workout.
* All particpants are requried to supply their own boxing gloves.
* Indcates High Intensity Workout.

Please bring towel & water bottle to all classes and work outs. For your safety & to reduce the risk of injury there will be STRICTLY NO ADMITTANCE to class after commencement.
